After Tulum Excursion

• After the visit of the Tulum Maya site, we will take the buses back to Playa del Carmen down-town for a degustation of Mezcal and Tequila. If you don't want to go there, please tell it to a LOC member, we can ask the bus to stop at the hotel.
• The buses let us at the Mezcal degustation, everybody will have to come back to the hotels by its own (taxis or walking ~ 5km). You can eat at Playa del Carmen, there is a lot of restaurants. Take money with you, it is not included...

Conference dinner

The menu for the conference dinner is based on shrimps, guacamole and chicken. If you have allergies to these foods, please tell it to a LOC member who will report to Jonnathan.

Wifi access

In the conference room, and in some places in the hotel (depending on your reception capacities) you can access the APN6 WiFi. The name of the channel is APNEBULAE and the code is APNEBULAE123

Posters, registration and welcome cocktail

The conference room is outside the main hotel building, on the access road, right side when arriving, number 14 on the following map.
It will be open from 5pm to 7pm Sunday to put your poster and to register. Registration will also be open Monday from 8am. Conference starts at 9am.
Sunday at 7pm will be the conference welcome cocktail, at the "plaza" (open air place close to the lobby).
